self-isolate

One of the preventive measures against CoVid-19 is self-isolation for anyone who has come into contact with someone with the coronavirus but who is not showing any signs of having contracted the disease. Nevertheless they are asked to self-isolate for fourteen days.  This means staying at home in a form of voluntary quarantine. To prevent other members of the household from becoming infected the self-isolationist should wear a mask at all times, use a separate bathroom if possible, and avoid all contact with other members of the household. Oh and wash hands constantly.

So there are difficulties.
