dalgona coffee

Iso cuisine has produced various home inventions but one of the most popular has been this new style of coffee originating in Korea.  The way to make it is to take equal amounts of instant coffee, sugar and boiling water, and whip the mixture until it forms soft peaks.  You then pour hot or cold water or milk into a glass as a base, and add the frothy coffee mix on top.  After that it is up to the individual how much they mix the froth into the base.

Dalgona is a type of honeycomb sweet available in Korea.  The coffee does not have dalgona in it but the frothy top is reminiscent of honeycomb in colour.
