kidvestor

Remember the days when children had piggybanks and were encouraged to save the odd coins that kindly relatives gave them?  It seems that today’s five-year olds have tossed their piggybanks aside in favour of investing money on the stock exchange.  There are a significant number of children five years and over who are taking part in this.  The term kidvestor has possibly come from the name of the company Kidvestors which has been running financial literacy courses for children but it is popping up now as the generic term.  Childish tantrums may well now be a factor affecting volatility on the stock exchange.  Those are my shares. No, mine! No, mine!
